On the eve our departure for the World Finals, I just want to say thank you to everyone that has helped make this a reality.  I'm grateful to the teammates and their parents for all that they did over the last 5 weeks to raise enough money to take us there and back.  It was a lot of hard work, but tomorrow at this time, we'll be halfway there!

Over the next 6 days, I'll be using my blog to travelogue our adventures and to share a bit of the experience with our family and friends that aren't along with us.  Feel free to join us in spirit as this amazing team of 6 teens and tweens embark on their own Odyssey!
